Why you should not put this off

Bank 2 access costs more than Bank 1
The parts are the same on either bank. The labour usually is not. On transverse V6s the Bank 2 side sits against the firewall, and reaching its phaser or sensor can require removing the intake manifold or rocking the engine on its mounts.
